1. Acceptance and service provider
These Terms are an agreement between you and Vexa Card, an online store operated by Devixo. By using vexacard.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: info@vexacard.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract or use the service with appropriate guardian authorization. You are responsible for accurate information, protecting passwords and access codes, and all account activity. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. TikTok Login
TikTok Login is an optional way to authenticate and link basic identity information to a Vexa Card account. Its use is also subject to TikTok's terms and policies. Vexa Card is not affiliated with TikTok and does not represent that TikTok sponsors or guarantees our products. You may use other available sign-in methods or disconnect TikTok as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Digital products and services
The service includes gift cards, digital codes, game top-ups, and other digital services. Check the product, platform, country, region, currency, and player or recipient identifier before confirmation. You are responsible for submitted details, which may not be correctable after fulfillment begins.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
Price, currency, and charges are shown before confirmation. An order is finally accepted only when confirmed in our system. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or invalid data, and return any amount due through the applicable payment method. Bank or payment-provider charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Fulfillment and delivery
Fulfillment may begin immediately after confirmation or payment. Time estimates can be affected by a provider, platform, or security review. A code is delivered when displayed in the account or sent to the registered contact method; a top-up is delivered when the provider confirms it reached the specified account.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because products are digital, a disclosed or redeemed code, successful top-up, or order whose fulfillment began with your consent is generally not cancellable or refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. We review non-delivery, invalid codes, and verified defects. Refunds do not cover an incorrect recipient or region entered by the customer.
8. Acceptable use
Fraud, promotion abuse, unauthorized resale, infringement, unlawful payment methods, system testing, bypassing controls, and disruption are prohibited. We may suspend an account or order and investigate suspected violations.
9. Third-party services
We rely on fulfillment, payment, messaging, hosting, game-platform, and login providers. Trademarks belong to their owners. We do not control interruption or changes to an external service, but will provide reasonable assistance when they affect a confirmed order.
10. Intellectual property
The site design, software, and content owned by Vexa Card or Devixo are legally protected. They may not be copied, exploited, or reverse engineered without permission. A purchase does not grant ownership of third-party marks or software.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or address a breach, without affecting rights and obligations that arose earlier.
12. Disclaimers and limits
We provide the service with reasonable care, but third-party availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or errors in customer-submitted details, and liability for an order-related claim is limited to that order's value. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules. We may update the Terms, and the new version applies from publication. Effective date: August 1, 2026.
