1. Who we are and scope
Vexa Card is an online store operated by Devixo for digital products, gift cards, and game top-ups. This policy applies to vexacard.com, customer accounts, purchases, sign-in, and support services. For privacy matters, contact info@vexacard.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number and account details; billing or delivery address where needed; order, product and recipient details; player or account identifiers; and support communications. We also collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, language, cookies, security logs, and usage data.
3. TikTok Login
If you choose TikTok Login, we use TikTok Login Kit and request the user.info.basic scope. With your authorization, TikTok may provide an Open ID, display name, and basic avatar. We use this information only to create or link your Vexa Card account, sign you in, and display your account identity. We do not receive your TikTok password, post content, or access messages, videos, or statistics. You can revoke access in TikTok settings or request deletion of the link and related data through our privacy email.
4. How and why we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, process and deliver orders, send notices, provide support, administer invoices, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the website, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Depending on the context, our basis is contract performance, your consent, legitimate interests in security and operation, or legal obligation.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share only what is necessary with hosting, email, messaging, payment, analytics, digital fulfillment, and game top-up providers, and with login platforms such as TikTok when you choose them. These providers operate under their own terms and policies. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Payments
Sensitive payment details are processed by the authorized payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. We may retain the transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment status for order, support, and accounting purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies required for sessions, security, carts, and language preferences. We may use performance measurement and analytics after obtaining any required consent. 10. Your rights and account deletion

Disconnecting TikTok does not automatically remove order records we must retain by law.
11. Children
The service is not directed to children who cannot legally enter into a contract or provide the required consent. If we learn that a child's data was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
